Why should I buy from lupie’s Agora?
Buying products from lupie’s Agora e-shop supports the mountain economy and the Greek producers, while at the same time you enjoy top quality products.
How do I pay in lupie’s Agora?
The available payment methods are by credit/debit card, as well as by bank deposit (in case of deposit, you send us the deposit receipt to our email so that we can immediately forward your order to the producers).
How do I get informed about the progress of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will first receive a confirmation email, then you will be notified by email from the producers that your order has been accepted, and finally an email when it is shipped.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is accepted and depending on the delivery area, your products will be delivered in 2-7 working days.
Where are the orders sent from?
Each producer ships their products directly to the customer and therefore your order may be delivered in parts. All the orders are sent directly from the producers by courier or by the box now service, without middlemen and extra charges.
Can I cancel my order? When will I get my money back?
If your order has not been shipped from the producers, you can email us in order to cancel it. Refunds will be made within 7 working days of the order cancellation confirmation via email.
I received my order and the products are defective (broken or damaged). What happens in this case?
In this case we would like you to contact us immediately and send photos of the defective package and products to our email, info @lupie.gr or via the returns’ form (from here). We will then contact you to resolve the issue.
Can I order from abroad?
You can order from any country in Europe, as long as the producer(s) of the products you have chosen supports it! In case a manufacturer does not support shipping to your country, an error message will appear on the cart page.
